Malaysian property developer Tat Boot Development Sdn Bhd offers a new residential development at the sought-after address of Batu Ferringhi in Penang.

Known as La Ferringhi, the new project comprises 20 units of three-storey freehold terrace houses with built-up area of around 2,750 sq ft. Tat Boot said units are nestled in a land area ranging between 1,335 sq ft and 1,725 sq ft, with each house equipped with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Prices of the units range from RM1.318 million to RM1.688 million, which works out to around RM505 psf only. It noted that similar properties around the area are already at RM700 psf today.

Located next to Eden Fairway Condominium, La Ferringhi lies within three international schools nearby. It is also within minutes from Park Royal International, Holiday Inn, Golden Sands and Rasa Sayang.

Tat Boot noted that the development is expected to be completed by December 2013.
